Admission
(1) Date of Birth:
♦ A child’s date of birth once entered in the school records, will not be modified under any circumstances. Any wrong recording of the date of birth of a student will be viewed seriously by the management, entailing disciplinary action, which may lead lead to the student’s name being struck off the the roll.
(2) Admission form for the admission to the new session can be obtained from the school or enquiry office in Deoghar.
♦ For children seeking admission for all the classes- interaction with both parents is important. It helps us to know more about the child, his habits, nature and medical status. New session will start from 1 st working day of April(2 nd April).
♦ Nursery and KG : For Nursery and KG the student has to appear and qualify interview.
♦ Class-I: From class-I and above the student has to appear and qualify written test and interview.
(3)Admission should be supported with the following documents:-
♦ For Nursery and KG Birth Certificate from the Municipal Committee would be accepted. Birth Certificates issued by the Panchayat are to be countersigned by the government officer of the area. It is suggested to bring the original birth certificates along with a photocopy attested by a Class I officer or Magistrate. If the parents fail to produce the Birth Certificates within a month of the admission, the admission shall automatically stand cancelled and the dues paid shall, not be refunded. If at any point, it is found that the Birth Certificate is not genuine or a fake one, the admission to the school shall stand cancelled.
♦ (4) Progress Report of the last school attended from the previous school, if the child is seeking admission in KG or above. Original Transfer Certificate(T.C) from
the school last attended. The T.C shall be duly countersigned by the board authority / DEO if a student is from a different state. Once all the admission formalities are fulfilled and it is found the student does not attend the school even for a day and / or withdrawal is sought, the school will return only the tuition fee. No other amount paid shall be refunded. All students are allotted admission numbers, which should be quoted during all correspondence with the school.
(5) Withdrawal
♦ Notice in writing for withdrawal of the student from the school must be given before a month. Failure to give this mandatory notice will lead to payment of fee for the next quarter.
♦ Application for TC must be furnished with the Accounts Office well in time. The TC will be prepared and given only after obtaining the no dues from all the concerned departments. It will take minimum 7 days.
